UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. During busy periods (holidays, sales), delivery may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 have a flat shipping rate of £2.99. This helps us keep our prices affordable while ensuring your items arrive safely.
Currently, we only ship within the UK and Ireland. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future. If you're outside these areas and really want our products, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange!
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, organisers cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, unless they're faulty. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

Yes! All our organisers are made with 316 surgical steel, which is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. If you're allergic to normal organisers, these won't irritate your ears.
Our storage solutions are made from PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. We source our filament from UK suppliers and design all earring-organiser in-house. They're sturdy, lightweight, and eco-friendlier than traditional plastics.
We love hearing your ideas! While we can't always accommodate every request, we're open to custom orders when time and materials allow. Contact us with your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. Custom orders may have additional costs and longer lead times.
