We want you to be completely happy with your Wicka purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Policy Overview
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
What Can Be Returned
✓ Eligible for Return
- Unworn items in original packaging
- Items with tags still attached
- 3D printed earring-organiser in unused condition
- Items that arrived damaged or faulty
- Incorrect items (wrong product sent)
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- organisers with opened hygiene seal (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items marked as final sale
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at wicka@protonmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
Ship Your Return
Send the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense
- Faulty or damaged items: We'll cover return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We'll cover return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Information
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, are missing packaging, or are returned outside the 14-day window (at our discretion).
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- We'll cover return shipping costs
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Your Statutory Rights
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
